LOVE LOVE soft red!! I love the variation of color, the drips, and how it creates a soft white bottom edge to the glaze drips. It plays nicely with other glazes such as Bougainvillea where it created some beautiful purpleish hues and creamy whites. Although I read that it’s an aggressive runner, I didn’t have much trouble with it. Was careful with the layering and keeping it close to the top half of the mugs.
With 2 coats the thin parts can look a bit streaky/rustic and the thicker areas will have the white float at cone 6. Will probably do 3 coats from now on but I’m happy either way! The spectrum test tile does not do this one justice.
