1500 Series - Nova Glazes

The glazes in the Spectrum Nova Series are food safe if fired to the proper firing temperature.

This is a slightly more economical glaze line as these glazes are made with raw materials rather than traditional frits and stains. The fired samples shown on the color charts are 3 brush coats of glaze and fired to cone 5 in an electric kiln on a white clay body.  Different results should be expected in reduction.

Recommended firing temperature is cone 5.
