Pre-Order FAQs

Q: When will my order arrive?

A: The pre-sale ends at midnight on August 24 and orders will arrive in the following weeks.

Our last pre-order took over 8 weeks to arrive, but since then Fin Pottery Tools has expanded their production so I am optimistic the timelines will be shorter this time. That said, these products come from Australia and are subject to delays that can be out of our control. 

Q: Can I buy a bundle deal in store?

A: The bundle deals will only be available for pre-order and will not be available to customers otherwise.

Q: Can I buy a fin pottery tool mold in person if I visit your store?

A: Yes you can but we do not fully stock the store with all molds. If there is a specific mold you would like, this pre-order is the only guaranteed way to get it. 

Q: I don’t live in or near Calgary, can I have my pre-sale items shipped?

A: Yes, we ship all across Canada! Just select shipping at checkout.

*If you have any other items in your order that are not part of the pre-order, it will all be shipped together when all pre-ordered items have arrived.*

Q: Will there be other pre-sales after this one?

A: Yes, there will be 2-3 pre-sales per year. Following us on Instagram or subscribing to our newsletter will keep you up to date with all future pre-orders.
