Q: When will my order arrive?

A: The pre-sale ends on March 22 and orders will arrive in the following weeks.

These products come from Australia and are subject to delays that can be out of our control. Please also keep in mind that some of these items are newly launched by Fin Pottery Tools and are in high demand, which could effect their production times. Thank you in advance for your patience, we promise it will be worth it!

Q: Can I buy a bundle deal in store?

A: The bundle deals will only be available for pre-order and will not be available to customers otherwise.

Q: Can I buy a fin pottery tool mold in person if I visit your store?

A: It depends. We currently carry the Nature collection in store. We plan to broaden our selection but we will not be bringing in the full catalogue of molds. 
To guarantee you get what you want, it is best to order in the pre-sales. 

Q: I don’t live in or near Calgary, can I have my pre-sale items shipped?

A: Yes, we ship all across Canada! Just select shipping at checkout.

If you have any other items in your order that are not part of the pre-order, it will all be shipped together when all pre-ordered items have arrived.

Q: Will there be other pre-sales after this one?

A: Yes, there will be 2-3 pre-sales per year. Following us on Instagram or subscribing to our newsletter will keep you up to date with all future pre-orders.
