Pre-Order FAQs

Q: When will my order arrive?

A: The pre-sale ends on September 18 and orders will arrive in the following weeks. I expect they will arrive end of September/early October. They will be arranged for local pick up or shipment as soon as they arrive. 

Q: Can I buy a Buschkraft tool in person if I visit your store?

A: I plan to carry select tools in store. What I decide to carry will depend on which tools are most popular in the pre-sale. If there is something you'd really like, I advise you pre-order to guarantee you the tool. 

Q: I don’t live in or near Calgary, can I have my pre-sale items shipped?

A: Yes, we ship all across Canada! Just select shipping at checkout.

If you have any other items in your order that are not part of the pre-order, it will all be shipped together when all pre-ordered items have arrived.

Q: Will there be other pre-sales after this one?

A: Yes, there will be 2-3 pre-sales per year. Following us on Instagram or subscribing to our newsletter will keep you up to date with all future pre-orders.
