Shipping Locations: We currently offer shipping services exclusively within Canada. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Methods: Orders will be shipped via Canada Post and will include tracking information.

Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location within Canada and the shipping method chosen. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout for your convenience.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your delivery location. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Local Pickup

If you select local pickup during checkout, please wait for notification that your order is ready before visiting our pickup location. Certain items may be available for local pickup only. This information will be clearly stated in the product listing. 

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines carefully:

Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original packaging and unopened. We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.

Examination Process: Before a return is approved, the item must be examined by our team to ensure it meets the return criteria outlined above. 

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Process: Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders placed with us will typically be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. 

For customers opting for local pickup, we aim to have your order ready within one business day. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive notification and instructions via email.
